Students of Delhi Public School, Jorhat commemorated Bharat Ratna awardee, Dr. Bhupen Hazarika on his birthday, today. They paid tribute to one of the jewels of Assam, a person who was an ardent nationalist and a lover of human beings with equal vigour and vitality.
