There is no RP trial. He was found guilty and is seeking an appeal. He has to prove in an upcoming hearing that the judge did something wrong in the trial. Coleslaw has nothing at all to do with his case. They are not opening back up the case for new evidence on a text message that he admitted to sending. The Scotts will not be called. His case wasn’t about who may have seen it. It was about sending harassing text messages. NO NEED TO MARRY ANYONE FOR A PROBATION CASE 🛑

IMO if there's an arrangement between Simon and Porscha, it's about citizenship, that's what he's been after for darn near 40 years, don't let his rhetoric fool you. I think She filed for divorce when she realized it wasn't gone happen, not with all of those immigration charges. I don't think he expected Porscha to play him like she did and insist on the terms of the prenup because, you know "265 Underground Railroad". He didn't think she was smart or calculating. Sorry, let me clarify. In a custody hearing when a parent is being accused of abuse they have to provide the names of partners/spouses who are also around the children. On the reunion, Mel said Martell admitted to being in a fake relationship with Sheree during their custody trial. -Also prior to the episode where Marlene confirmed AC is having a boy, Mel had already shared Martell was having another child on her live.
