@@lipsychadha1744 i am currently building my own house and rates in Northern Part of India for Real stone pieces are somewhere btw 100-250₹ sqft and installation price of ₹55 per sqft. For 4*2 ft of piece it would cost me around 1200-2500 including installation whereas one unit of this mimic is costing me ₹3000 without installation.

When I was constructing a home in 2015, I used to take the pics from internet n went entire in around Bangalore City,in search of such items .. but never found but spent a bomb for small portion of 10/12 ft wall .. that too for a stone cladding. I m so happy to see this fabulous stuff. As an Interior lover, I just enjoyed looking at it and at the same time little disappointed as I can't use it to my home.
Problem with clap trap is that they are showing products with very high price which we can find very easily. But to show good products with genuine price is worth knowing.

@@lipsychadha1744 for my upcoming project I needed 80 to 90 panels so I have ordered pu stone panel from your shop as samples 5 panels but all panels are exactly same texture this is not an very professional way to work when I placed my order I have mentioned so many times that I don’t want same texture

They have good products but They don’t have time for wholesalers customers and the Owner have no time to talk. I reached there shop after 530 KM Journey but not giving time and samples even on paid bases. Video pr sab acche heee bante hain or baatein bhi karte hain…even not offer a glass of water…They are busy busy n no time for call or on showroom. Fix appointment system.

@@CLAPTRAPEntertainment sir with all due respect , i know you don't like my comment ,,,kind of negative and sarcastic ,,,,,,me and my family watch your videos to get some ideas and to find budget friendly things to go in our house , we have constructed our house in 2017 and it was a nightmare ,,,,plot was purchased 18 years ago by my father with a price of 17 lakhs ,,,,i know how hard it was for him to pay loan all his life ,,,,, if being practical i like to install this 4*2 sheet worth 3000 in our house ,,,the area i want to cover is 1380sqft,,,if i go with 3000 per piece it will be 375 rs per sqft without labor,,,,and will cost me more than 517500,,,,,,and if we install premium tiles ,,,,it will be somewhere around 1000 rs per box with 8 sqft covering area,,,,with 125 rs per sq ft ,,,,it will cost me more than 172500,,,,,so difference is 345000,,,,,this amount may not be much for some people ,,,,but for us this is hard earned money ,,,,so don't judge who is middle class or not ,,,,,when someone watches your videos they are in a hope to save money and to get some ideas,,,,and you are doing it very well ,,,,one subscriber like me will not make any difference ,,,,,

Due to @ClapTrap's recommendation, I visited Legacy Furniture and informed Sanjay about the reference. Regrettably, I received a faulty bed that produces a sound whenever someone sits on it. Furthermore, the hydraulic system he installed also turned out to be faulty, and I even provided him with a video as evidence at the time of delivery. However, now he is unresponsive and unwilling to rectify these issues. This situation has left me in a difficult position, dealing with these troubles due to your recommendation of Legacy Furniture through @ClapTrap.

Houzcartt Delhi panel shop is the worst shop that will come across. It was so difficult first to get the right material from them and then in just couple of months, all panels are coming out. After so many follow ups also, they have stopped picking the call and it’s been two months of following. I would request everyone to not get into this trap of marketing. The only thing that they good is fake video creation.
