5:31 Iba, I told you so. It’s all about elastic bands 😂. We really need a coach. Could you recommend us a book in order to guide us about physical training. Great content as always, it’s revealing knowing all the things that a Pro has to dealing with. Thanks.
Can you make a video about your grip? Do you change the grip between forehand and backhand? What pressure points do you have in your fingers when you do backhand and forehand? Many thanks! Keep the great work! Cheers from Brazil.
Really enjoying the vlog. Keep it up! Do you think bands are important for relaxation at all? What makes you feel most relaxed when you warm up. I keep playing with players that just bang every ball back and its difficult to get warmed up.
Iba, since you said it is your biggest strength, I would love to see you make a video focused on the forehand flick teqnique! I think this would be very interesting!👍
Another one. Why so many players violate the service rule, specifically about hiding the service? They do it with their body and offen by their heads. And why in your opinion the impires do not call it? Maybe they are instructed that way by the ITTF to "make" the players cheaters for certain reasons? The answer requires some analytical capabilities, of course
Wow, the prize money was a joke for Almaty and then almost 300€ for the hotel per night plus the daily participation fee. You are losing money going to these tournaments. WTT has gotten better with the streaming, but there is still plenty of times where you can't see a match because broadcasting rights have been sold depending on your region.
Do you think the leadership of USATT and other western organizations and the lack of support for clubs to host practice for new and current players like other sports such as boxing is one of the downfalls and whats keeping western players from being able to beat chinese league players? It seems this is one of the few sports where the only way to get good is through private coaching as clubs and organizations do not have a program to promote growth.
That’s a good question… I think table tennis is struggling with his identity… if you ask me if table tennis is a individual or a team sport, I’m not sure what to ask… because we rely a lot on the clubs that prioritize team events, compare to tennis golf and badminton. These athletes relies on price money on the world tours which makes it more an individual sport… The ultimate combination for a player is to practice in a high division club that helps you develop in the international level and that have a training center with many other players with the same goal !
So I noticed that someone out there really likes filming you while entering hotel rooms all around the world. So my question is, have you ever met this guy?
I think the reason Chinese have been dominating is their power from the ground principle, which is really hard to implement for a player that have played for years and years with 50-50 balance on each leg. Chinese player actually push their body off from the ground in each shot while Europeans just stay level and rotate their body and use more upper body strength.
Why do you guys scream constantly when playing? It looks absolutely ridiculous, anyway to non-players. They think you are crazy. Or is it to affect the opponent? Do not know which would be worse
That’s the most ridiculous comment I ever had 🤣🤣 Football, NBA, tennis, badminton, handball, paddle etc all the players scream after a successful point or goal why shouldn’t we ? Come on man 🤣

Merci beaucoup d'avoir répondu à mes questions Iba ! Je te souhaite le meilleur pour la suite
De rien et merci à toi 😁
Thank you for answer my question! But I don't think that Ruwen and Gionis use now short pimples , are you sure of this?
The last time I train with him Gionis was using short Pimples. Wang Yang and Moramatsu I’m 100% sure!
Files I never played against him tho 🤷🏾♂️
He’s wrong about ruwen and gionis
@@IbaDiaw ok man! 😉
Iba, could you do video about gym workout for table tennis?
Please look at my previous vlog, put a lot of them 💪🏾😁
can you shoot video of the hotels where you live, the dining room and food they provide, the gym? what is the next tournament you will attend?
You know your strengths clearly, so do you know where your weaknesses are? 😃
What do you think? 😉
Do you watch your matches later and try to analyze them? If so, do you have any tips (esp if you lost and want to win next time)?
Please address this in your next Q&A: how many pro players can earn a proper living by playing table tennis?

@@IbaDiaw Can you players give WTT feedback about hotels and stuff? I don't see how this can keep going.
