I think what I take from electric motors vs gas is that you digital can control the throttle output in any way conceived by your mind. You can tame it, crank it up, give it a curve, make it pulse... its not about what is out now... it what can be done with the optimal hardware and matched software. It will do anything that a gas engine can do with exception of the fuel source. Of course you cant pour electricity in for a fill... but you can pack extra batteries. It will be much better once battery technology improves as well.
I used to think like you.. then I realised EV's are a over-hyped joke. All that extra stuff you speak of, High power/low power/pulsing etc is completely unnecessary. They're gonna need to start making these batteries 90% lighter if they're expecting them to be of use to most motorcyclists, as it stands now you'd need either a super heavy EV truck/car to lug them around, or worse, a gas-guzzler 🤣
@starfox_wr-45e93 Im actually speaking from my experience as a locomotive technician. All locomotives used around here are electric motor axles. The control and efficiency that modern electric motors are capable are amazing. And yes, the battery technology is a hold back... but since I have seen the advancement of batteries over the past 40 years... Im pretty confident that todays batteries and charging methods will look as silly as 40 year old tv's look compared to todays. I believe the most bad ass offroad vehicle would be a internal combustion engine powering a generator that sends electricity to 4 individual motors located at the wheels. No drive train interference with steering geometry or clearance issues... a whole different kind of independent suspension if you rid yourself all the transmission, tranfer case, driveshalfs, half shafts... and gearing issues... it would remove all of that and gain you power delivery 100% throughout the rpm range 0-100% speed.
I’d love to see a drag bike version!!!!!! Dear higher power…. Please bring a 25o RM Suzuki…..thanks for Jack and cycledrag for educating me and thanks for all! I’d like to say…. 2 strokes rule! The simple ability to hear, be alot easier to yell at the guy next to ya, lol. Very cool video.
I would get a dirt bike. But I want a super moto bike
Get a spare set of wheels and tyres and you can have both with one bike.
A Supermoto is really just a dirt bike with road tyres.
Choices are awesome. Mandates aren't.

@starfox_wr-45e93 i do agree that there us too much political ideology that goes into the conversation though.
Nice Job piecing together this video.
with motorcycles it's important to consider what it does best, if the answer is nothing, it's never going to be commercially successful.
Damn, I didn't know Jack was a Pro-Motorcross rider in a past life.
He can really ride. Freestyle tricks and the whole 9-yds 😂
What's the range for winter??
Hopes and prayers
give it a 2nd generation battery that charges a lot faster and lasts a little bit longer and
it will remove all concerns that people have until now.
Jumps? Does it weigh a lot?
At 80hp how many watts does it burn?
Just think how boring a motocross race would be .
And the torque is????????? Website says 938NM???
Dirt bike makes sense
Wow⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
