That drove shipping costs up, which drove prices up. When Trump reverses us back to drilling for our own oil, fuel costs will go down, shipping costs will go down, and then prices for goods will go down. Our economy hinges directly on the cost of oil, and having to get our oil from our enemies is the fastest way possible to drive our economy into the gutter. Increased domestic oil-production + tariffs against foreign goods = how Trump had our economy booming until Covid happened. Biden's "Build Back Better" was a colossal failure due to economic idiocy.
