- Very happy to say that after 6 years Beat Tape 1 is finally up on Spotify, Apple Music etc fully remastered.. this was the first project I ever compiled, that came together from me making beats everyday after school and slapping them on soundcloud, the soundcloud golden era. This is where it all started for me, a teenager falling in love with making beats but I never imagined it would result in a full on music career. So thank you for rocking with me till now and supporting my music! Forever grateful! You can pre order vinyl now with some limited signed copies. It also contains one new beat "Marrakech"

I was listening to this album when my parents divorced. Every song was like an emotional breakdown,playing the music of my feelings,but somehow it was helping me putting my pain out of my heart and my brain. I just plugged the phone into my old guitar amplifier,the sound was dirty,but i could hear it clearly,laying on my bed,every night,till i felt better. This guy's music is a blessing,and i follow him since,never had a disappointment. And i am glad he's got the attention more and more,because this music deserves to be listened,to be heard,to be felt.
You will be stronger with his music around you.
Hope you're okay now Alex. Tom's music represents a myriad of ways for all of us and it always touches me that he gets to people in such profound way. Am currently going through the most confusing and painful time of my life and yes, his music makes this weird life more bearable

Sitting here, on Bay Street, in Savannah, looking out the window, watching the rain, tourists with umbrellas, cars waiting at the red light outside my door. Couldn't ask for better music for this vibe.

tom misch is an incredible musician and i also love Brazilian music so much..marcos valle is amazing body of work..also ..djavan..sabrina..regina..i know very little of the lyrics meaning but love the songs and melody.....and parabens just loved it and only realized Parabéns, as you may know, means congratulations in Portuguese. But unlike in English, it is used much more frequently in Portuguese on an every day basis. thanks for posting this and parabens!!
