    Belief Mapping Exercise
    Step 1: Identify Core Beliefs
Prompt: Start by listing 5-10 beliefs you hold about the world, yourself, or others. These can be about relationships, success, happiness, morality, or anything you find meaningful. Examples might include:
    "Hard work always pays off."
    "People are generally trustworthy."
"Success is measured by wealth and achievements."
Step 2: Reflect on the Origins
Prompt: For each belief, ask yourself:
Where did this belief come from? (Was it shaped by family, culture, religion, personal experiences, etc.?)
Who influenced this belief? (Consider specific people, role models, or societal norms.)
Is it a belief I've chosen or inherited?
    Step 3: Question the Belief
Prompt: Challenge the belief by asking:
Is this belief true in all situations? (Have there been exceptions?)
How does this belief serve me? (Does it bring peace, stress, motivation, or limit you in some way?)
What evidence contradicts this belief? (Can you think of experiences or people who challenge this view?)
    Step 4: Evaluate the Impact
Prompt: Reflect on how these beliefs impact your life:
How does this belief affect my decisions, actions, and relationships?
What feelings or emotions are tied to this belief?
Does this belief align with the person I want to be or the life I want to lead?
    Step 5: Reframe or Reinforce
Prompt: Based on your reflection, decide whether to keep, modify, or let go of each belief.
If keeping the belief: How can I deepen or live by this belief more consciously?
If modifying the belief: How can I adjust it to better align with my values or experiences?
If letting go: What new belief or perspective could replace it?
    Step 6: Take Action
Prompt: Finally, think of one action you can take to reinforce a positive belief or challenge a limiting one. This can be a mindset shift, behavioral change, or seeking out new experiences.
    Example of the Process:
    1. Belief: "Success is measured by wealth and achievements."
    2. Origins: "I grew up in a family that valued financial stability above all."
    3. Question: "Is this belief true? Are there other ways to define success?"
    4. Impact: "This belief has made me constantly anxious about not doing enough."
    5. Reframe: "Success for me is about balance between personal happiness and professional growth."
    6. Action: "I’ll focus on celebrating personal milestones as much as professional ones."
