This is a scene from a participation in a local Kishiyaki (burning in the field).
It was exhilarating to see the dead grass burning rapidly.
The size of the flame is different from that of a stove or a bonfire, but it is the same.
but it is the same thing that I never get tired of seeing.
The flames are not only big, but also the sound is amazing.
I wonder how long it would take me to mow the grass.
It takes only a short time to burn the amount of time it would take to mow the grass.
It was a day when I realized once again how great fire is.

この野焼きは｢ヌートリア｣｢アライグマ｣など特定外来生物を炙り出しにする為と｢オオスズメバチ｣など有毒害虫駆除が目的ですか？
ちなみに都内では住宅が多く、雑草は漉き込み一択になると思います。
また、新潟の魚沼では野焼きに対し｢地球温暖化に更なる拍車を掛ける｣としてクレームが入り、今後は漉き込みになると思います。
こちらではたまに河川敷の葦などが燃えるか農家さんが個々に自分の田んぼの周りを焼くくらいですが山は何かあったら大変なので村総出なんですね！でも圧巻でしょうね！
間近で見るとほんと圧巻でした！
傾斜はかなりの勢いで燃え広がりますね。
色々問題もあるようですが、
農家さんにとっては必要な事なのかなと思いました。

野焼きの日だからって午前中に終わったはずの野焼きを午後からやって
指定時間以外と火力増大？ で30年ほど前に親父が通報された事あります。
市内分団広域出場状態！ 始末書を書きに県消防本部まで出向いたそうです。
時間外はお気をつけて
リスクも伴いますからね。
油断せずにやる事が大切だと思います👍
