Brother ( as per latest rule of up ) kya agar ma 2025 ma BDS in kgmu ma admission leta ho and after 1 year I get chance in mbbs in other state can I take admission in this states college through aiq and state counciling .And do I need to pay 2 lakh rupees as early as in some video of yours u told nearly 2 lakh is the seat leaving bond panelty but in some video I saw that if I leave a seat in up then I dont need to pay any money but they will debarred me from up coulcilling as per new rule ????? So I request you if u can clear my doubt it would be very helpful for me .....????? Plz reply 🥺

Bhaiya up counselling se bahar honge na all india counseling me participate kar sakte hai na agar koi bihar ka student kgmu bds leta hai aur chore to.
