I got a log in magic kingdom once full of cursing teenagers who thought the song lyrics said "pretty good show us your balls" so they would scream that. It made the ride even more entertaining

And 2) it's a mirror image to Florida's Layout. Meaning the turns and stuff are the opposite direction from Florida's. Other than that, it's the exact same.
I don’t think people should be bothered by the boys talking since their having fun and the ride seems to filled only with the boys (and the camera man) but other than that, them being loud is more of the young adult, extrovert thing rather than a culture thing
By filming in the back it looks like you got a better shot of the view of the park at the top of the big splash. At least compared to the other videos I've seen.
My cousin and i went on it back in 2k16 summer and at the first small drop we could see this guy on a log by himself and he was in a tuxedo and tapping his phone he had the funniest face when he went down. At the end of the ride where those pictures were there was a picture of him with a hysterical expression with his phone flying.
@nickhutson Yes and no. The Florida version has the first bee room but that is where Brer Bear with the bee hive is and Brer Rabbit about to be captured. It is there in both, this version just has a larger focus on the bees.
when i went to Walt Disney World sometime in May this year and got on Splash Mountain, we got to the part with the vultures (which were CREEPIER than these) and they STOPPED the ride due to a back-up or technical dufficulties..... i look over at my friends next to and behind me and was like "uh.... why'd we stop?.... i don't LIKE this one bit" and the vultures (aside from the intercom saying they were fixing the issue) kept GOING for like three somethin' minutes after until we went down the drop.... after we got off, i said "i hate vultures..."
BEAKER6868 Anaheim's soundtrack uses big band jazz style due to being built next to New Orleans Square to bring the bayou feel while this Tokyo DL ride has rather Western characteristics where TDL's Critter Country's setting is themed to American Frontier (Texas, New Mexico etc) and the music is country bluegrassy feel with banjos etc to bring Western feel and also has 4 drops.
The bluegrass soundtrack matches the location of Tokyo's Critter Country which is near the Westernland. The Critter Country resembles Texas and New Mexico while in California it resembles New Orleans bayou.
I disagree, the ride is the same length. Secondly, I would be hard pressed to say the animatronics are better. most of them are exactly the same as the Disney World ones. If your speaking of the Disneyland Splash Mountain then yes Tokyo has much better animatronics. But we have to remember most of them predate the original ride. I prefer Disney world Splash Mountain, but hey, that's just me. (Why did I write this long response on a comment about Splash Mountain XD)

@msladysaurus It's either too hard to translate the lyrics to match the music or Disney wants to keep some of the ride's original origins in there. I don't know why they do that though...
@2015AsM Japan has school uniforms-- You see the same thing a lot at England theme parks on 'school days out to a theme park' in the Summer. It's not uncommon to get about 15 people in a row queuing for a ride all in the same school uniform, because classes usually split into two groups, with a teacher leading each one.
We got into the line when the wait time was showing 150mins...it almost took 3 hrs by the time we were seated..it was hell lot of waiting in queue but the ride didn’t disappoint us..
I'm really jealous that the animatronics here are a billion times better than the Splash Mountain in Lake Buena Vista. This one is REALLY clean too. The one at LBV is always really dusty. They need to clean up and fix the AA's at the one in LBV!!!
I went on the US version about 10 years ago Im sure the drop was huge compared to this one in Japan. I hope eventually there will be a Disneyland London, instead of having to go on holiday to go to the other DisneyLands.
Critter Country of Tokyo Disneyland is the park's margarita earth due to themed to Texas and New Mexico where margarita trails ever took place on those south-western US states and those states are also having unique recipe margaritas.
The 2nd time i rode this ride i was in the front row. I went to find my mum in Pooh's Hunny Hunt shop later. Her reaction: "HAH?!?! Why you all so wet?" but that was my last day at Tokyo Disneyland for the holidays. My fave ride there

So this ride was constructed from parts of America Sings in Disneyland, and represents a story based on southern america, in particular a movie that is said to be racist, and its been recreated animitronic character by character in Tokyo....and translated into Japanese. I have to say that's really really strange.
I wanna go and try the disneyland in japan one day in the future probably next year or in two years when I go with my cousin :) it looks super fun and kinda different then hear in Cali.
