Omg I remember this song released in '78 I was 15, just started high school, that September. This song was playing in the background on our little radio.. out by the pool, late July, and my sister was dancing to it, as I was dancing in the shallow end mimicking my sister's dance moves... Since then I head this song like 3 million times lol and love it every time I hear it, as it brings me back to that day, when life was so much easier, thank you, Hot Chocolate!!!
I first heard lle same song around le same time. I asked a friend, whos that man on tv singing "What if there waz no Heavan" Then some 1 walked and shot him. He's still my best mate , & i don't even know what hiz name is.
Nice to hear you like it! I was born in '65, 58yo now. If we had a cool school bus driver they would let us listen to the radio. Sometimes they would even tune it to the station we wanted to listen to. If we got too loud and boisterous they usually turned it off because it distracted them while they drove. Back then am radio stations were extremely popular, now you hardly know they still broadcast. There was so much good music coming out back then; I mean the various genres- disco, rock, folk pop rock, country rock, early heavy metal....it's hard to describe because styles over lapped quite a bit. I feel very fortunate growing up when I did with the music we had. Society was different in some ways of course. But, the more things change the more they stay the same. That's from a song called "circumstances" by the band Rush, 1978. Have a good time listening to music you love and try to share it with friends when you get together. Create memories while you can, time goes by so fast, so fast. G.W.
I was born in 1985 & I hear u brother. The older u get & the more cool old music u hear & get introduced to the worse it gets. I mean the more u wish u where born in the 60s. Great song and I love all of Adam Sandlers choices of music for his movies. 🎉🎉🎉
Fantastic riff, everybody loves this one, it's a winner!!!!
I SOOOOO remember roller skating my BRAINS out to this in the Rockton Ontario skating rink 🙋🏼♀️woohoooo
All the posh discos played it in 1977 and 78 . I haven't heard it in years . Thanks .
Oh, great group. I have many songs of them in my playlist. The vocalist very handsome & elegant💖
Wished I was born in the 70s. What incredible music was produced. My favourites artists are Neil Diamond, Barry White, Hot Chocolate, Elvis, The Monkees, ACDC, Oasis, the clash and many more. It's sad that people my age probably have never heard of these bands... :(
I was born on 1962 and had the luck to get this time of 70ties anf 80ties with this phantastic music of this time which was mostly much better than the music of today. I miss this time so much ...
Felicidades por tus buenos gustos
Iconic riff, iconic voice, iconic band.
Well said .
Samsung thought so too to push their new phones with cats.

Remember this early 80's? Maybe sooner was always a fan of Hot Chocolate. Erroll was a good lead singer.
I remember this on the radio when I was a kid in the 70's just heard it for the first time since then in 2024, what a Cool song
If you’re here you’re a winner

Gracias Alemania Federal, por haber aportado en la adolescencia con este gran grupo´Hot Chocolate´a mi desarrollo músical en la década de los 70s. Un saludo desde Chile a todos los amantes de la buena música que nos acompañara por siempre.
The band is from England 😂
I've always loved this band!! They're deceptively simple, and got a sexy vibe. One of my all-time favorites !! I miss them.
Alabama,Hot Chocolate and the skate center,Funland Park,Decatur .Those were the days
Superb, like heavy disco..love it.
Sane . Danced to it a lot back in the day . Didn't know Error Brown was dead though .
One of my fave groups from when I was a teen. The 1970/s were the best years of my life.
Seems people these days wish they were living back in those days. I wish I did still. Born in 1962, the 70's are the strongest of my memories.
Tengo 75 y me encanta la musica disco 6 de enero de 2025 saludos cordiales desde alicante españa
