Well, there’s no accounting for taste…I, for one, think that the song is a masterpiece and that Angelina is a fantastic singer and performer. In my book Italy is a real contender to win Eurovision 2024.

I think every singer should sing in his own language like Italy do. Using English is just a claver trick
I get it. Just singing in their own country would be fair? Or every country singing in English, maybe more fair?

@@SalyLuz-hc6he yes, I think so. Or we let all singers sing in English and we call it the "English Contest". I listen to Spanish songs and I don't understand the words and I listened to English songs when I didn't know a word of English...

You've stopped this song twice before the build up towards the chorus - why depriving the lady who's judging in the background a proper enjoyment from this song?
Anyhow...the "weak" parts of the song coupled with the "strong" parts create dynamics - these "stop and go" make the song more interesting (they move and push you) more than for example the "brickwall" you get from Croatia were there's very little dynamics and everything is 100% full volume without any shade nor sophistication.
Italy or Switzerland to win 12 votes for both cos' they fully deserve and I live elsewhere (I can vote for both)...Croatia won't get my vote - the guy is endearing and a good fella but hasn't got much talent except how to get the most out of so little musical skills...he would be more than happy finishing 3rd or in the first 5 (ok?).
Thank U for ur opinion. I agree with u about the dynamic, somehow I think the music lacks something. And when she sings sometimes it feels strained (she breaths high). That also gives tension to the song. I have Italy pretty high, maybe win, but I hope/think not. I agree on Croatia, but it´s such a big favorite now and then it usually it wins. (but melodi, singing is weak).

Italian here. I don't think Angelina is gonna win either, but she was the best choice for Italy and I will support her. My favourite is Croatia though. Thank you for your honest opinion.

Useless debate, EBU yet set winner nation long time ago : too many ugly or junk songs got the 1st place in last decade, which drives me sceptic about the general improve of the event. No offence to anybody, but my humble opinion is that actually quality is an unwilled host at ESC. Ps : and this song is not worse than any other as far as we saw, so it's all about a minnie event,the focus is all on the pure show for the share.
