Thanks for uploading. These people are poor but seem to be quite happy in their life’s. No danger at all, I think. The people are friendly and very social. We people from western countries can learn a lot of them! When I compare this to our ridiculous „problems“ here in Germany, I really feel ashamed. Depressions because of Covid for example. No one in Germany has to be afraid of living in fearful poverty. The state here gives everyone what he basically needs, in every situation of life. Though, people here are complaining about „heavy circumstances“ because of covid they can’t celebrate their birthday like before. Shaking my head….
A great respect for you and your work. It showed me once again, that I can be very lucky in my life. Love and greetings from Germany 🇩🇪❤️

Even though this is a slum, the whole scene has a carnival or college dorm atmosphere. What's surprising is that residents didn't seem openly upset about being recorded by a stranger walking around their area. Try to do this in the U.S. and you are likely to get beaten up. I like the video, I like pilipinos, (my wife is filipina) so.. these people who live here have learnt to be happy in the micro-world where they spend most of their life, yes you see them running, laughing, playing. whatever but man.. its sad.. people deserve to live in better conditions, those kids deserve a better future, the most of these people are hard workers, most of them are not able to go to school ever and they deserve better. Yes I know about contagious pinay happiness but still I feel sad. If you ask me yes I can live with my wife in a place like this, nothing to be ashamed of but.. Do I want it? No. Because we deserve better. Makes me sad honestly
