Pile 3, and yes I've been trying to heal up stomach issues, migraines, and other issues I've been having for over a year now. My stomach has been getting a bit better but now that I can eat more due to it not being as upset I have to actually watch what I'm eating to not upset it again and to not overeat, especially as i'm a nervous eater and the new anxiety med I'm on increases appetite. I'm learning to balance things out again, as the new med is working and helping me have fewer stress/anxiety related migraines and issues, but having to balance out things. And yeah I know what part of me needs to go. I've been doing shadow work for about the last 2 to 3 years off and on, its been rough but its also been helpful.

Pile 3, and yes I've been trying to heal up stomach issues, migraines, and other issues I've been having for over a year now. My stomach has been getting a bit better but now that I can eat more due to it not being as upset I have to actually watch what I'm eating to not upset it again and to not overeat, especially as i'm a nervous eater and the new anxiety med I'm on increases appetite. I'm learning to balance things out again, as the new med is working and helping me have fewer stress/anxiety related migraines and issues, but having to balance out things. And yeah I know what part of me needs to go. I've been doing shadow work for about the last 2 to 3 years off and on, its been rough but its also been helpful.

Last 3 days, I saw this and looked at “the lamp”. When I was about to watch, I stopped and my gut told me, “not now. This is not the right time, but don't neglect.”
And this moment, I picked #3, “The Snake”. I need to heal my sacral, and yes, the messages was right: I know what to do; how and what to prevent. It's been a month feeling uneasy with my sacral. I did meditations, relaxations, and even stomach massages. It helped, but not enough. This is the right time to get rid of some “unpleasantness”. I cannot do more higher things with an unhealthy tummy.

What an absolutely amazing reading. I know what the 0 means for me. Healing old wounds on my family line on both sides and becoming free from all of it and seeing differently for the first time. Seeing the misunderstanding of the communication between me and my parents and them in eachother the unconscious in all of us in the past causing pain we didn’t realize we caused.
