Not that you need another appliance but since it’s just two of you I highly suggest a 2 cup rice cooker. It makes four cups of cooked rice perfect amount for leftover and it’s so easy just push the button and walk away.

One of my Grandpa’s was from New England and he ALWAYS ate his poached eggs on jelly toast or English muffins.
Marinating makes it prefect lol

Always have eggs with butter jelly toast on the side. Never with the eggs tho 🤔Have to try that😁
Eggs on jelly toast is a favorite of mine! I’ve been know to eat it for a quick supper as well.
