For the folder files did you make sure to unzip them before adding them to your mida folder?

hi again! something in the folder glitched my cas backgrounds so whenever im in cas it makes my sims stand on a glitched platform i was wondering if there was anything that could be causing this, if you have any socials i can send you a photo of what im talking about
