This Actor deserves the best. There has been many times that I've seen his Incredible acting & how much they seem to downplay his talent. I don't blame him for backing away... if he can't be appreciated and take into consideration his wishes as the Actor... then they don't deserve him to remain. I've always admired watching him, and it will be our loss seeing him retire, if he wishes... However, his reason are understandable and I support his feelings of doing what he must to protect himself ... financially, physically & emotionally. He deserves that!!!! For his talent and looks he should have easily been at the top. His management agency did him dirty?!! Very sad indeed.. I know , I’m gonna miss him so much too 😢 He has been one of my favorite actor since Return the World. I have watched pretty much all his dramas even when he was playing the villain in Legend of Dugu he was still captivating 😊 I’m still watching Burning flames, even though he only has guest role but he is so good in it too. It’s a shame they pushed him to point of quitting and hating the industry! I hope he will open his own mgmt company like Vin Zhang did 😊

Jeremy is a talented actor he is good-looking and has one of the greatest voices among Chinese actors. He deserves roles that showcase his abilities. And most definitely better female leads. He must have suffered to be cast in the same type of role just to launch the career of some of those actresses. Jeremy is my favourite Chinese actor. He's so gorgeous in movie romances. Maybe some of his roles weren't satisfactory to him but he certainly didn't put in inferior acting in them. To me he's brilliant and being an 'older' actor makes him more credible as well as 'sexy'. His leaving will be a huge loss to the industry. The first Chinese drama I saw was Novoland Castle In the Sky II. I was very impressed with Xu Zheng Xi. Autumn Ballad is another favorite. He was fun in Be My Princess and I really enjoyed his role in Fairyland Lovers. He has great comedic timing, and he has a magnificent voice. I sincerely wish him the very best in his career and life path. He is so talented and he is an inspiring presence.
I will miss him!! Good for him to stand for himself, hope he gets better representation and gets back to screen. He remains one of the most handsomest men on screen!!

One of my favorites with him in it is The Autumn Ballad!!! Not a big role or big production but his character suited him so well. Him playing one fantasy Immortal or fantasy person over and over is pigeon holing him into those parts. I like some of the times he played those parts like Novoland 2 but also like to see him in costume Dramas like The Autumn Ballad too.

It takes decisiveness to take such a step, I do understand where it came from since I have been wondering for some time now why I keep seeing him in dramas with story and production beneath his worth and skills.

Not a big role or big production but his character suited him so well.
Him playing one fantasy Immortal or fantasy person over and over is pigeon holing him into those parts. I like some of the times he played those parts like Novoland 2 but also like to see him in costume Dramas like The Autumn Ballad too.

Definitely sadden by the news but fully support his next move. It’s too bad that such management are not in the profit or care for the actors and I make poor choices for them. Or about just pure making money. They will not go far. You will continue to have people who dislike their management team & want to quit on you because you have poor management skills or are not genuinely care for your people. His talent is beyond. You should provide him with good roles where he can excel. It’s too bad will miss him.

This is very sad , to lose a great actor because of the greed in this industry! don’t you think they could work with him , he knows his limitations and they just wanted a cash flow because of his popularity , kudo’s to him for keeping his integrity and I hope he finds what he is looking for ……….
We truly hope he will return as soon as possible to Acting in (especially period-/costume-) dramas, etc. but we totally support his decision as his talent was being limited and was ill treated.

That’s what I was thinking for sometime, he is a good and experienced actor, his managing agency should suffer for their myopic behaviour.
He did the right thing for himself. If the people who make a living out of him can't see his value then he shouldn't be part of them. Hope remains and maintains his goodself and not arrogant.
