I love these recipes. The pizza is a staple when we want pizza quickly. I haven't done the biscuits yet but I plan to try them soon. I may try them with buttermilk like I do with my regular biscuits. Your videos led me to make my own starter about a year ago and I use atleast one of your recipes each week. Thank you for the work you put into your channel! I am rewatching your videos to help build your channel but I am also learning or remembering details that I forgot or didnt pick up the first time!
My granddaughter loved the sourdough pancakes! Next time, I’m gonna throw in some berries to make it extra special. I love how are you use your “gut“ or common sense in your cooking. I have great appreciation for you!
My husband being a New Yorker has to have a New York pizza! Thin crust and cheese! I like mushrooms, olives, peppers and red onions..red onions are my favorite too! And of course cheese!

Morning! I JUST made the pancakes and they are fabulous! Nice and light and I didn’t even add the syrup…I rolled one up and snacked as I made the rest 😂 Hubby gave it a 👍🏻 and said it was better than the Kodiak pancakes I usually make 😉 Next will be the biscuits! 👏🏼

Mary I made your whole grain sourdough discard sandwich bread. It’s a little dry. What can I do next time to improve? I used half white and half red wheat berries, raw honey, real salt. Allowed it to sit 30 minutes. It looked beautiful:) can I add an egg or vital wheat gluten to make it moister? Thank you, Debbie
Hello! Basically, discard is just inactive sourdough starter (fermented flour and water, which makes yeast)--do you have some starter? If you do, then discard would be the part you take out before you feed the starter again with flour and water. If you don't have a sourdough starter, you can check her channel and she has a video teaching how to make it! I hope this helps, have a nice day!

Yes add an egg. That will make a difference in the texture.
