A completely new concept ! Now let us work on effective. prevention of accommodation, to completely PREVENT entering into myopia, when our refractive state = 0 Diopters. I am willing to work in it, and achieve effective life time prevention of myopia. I am willing to measure my own refractive state, to achieve this goal.
How we will measure that on near vision patient For example patient see clearly with prescription of +2 but got blur at +2.50 Is that +2 NRA but that patient can't see clearly with power of less than +2 ? Plz explain it.
Clear and concise explanation.
Please, I would like see the next video on anomalies of accommodation.
Thank you.
A Truly interesting perspective.
Make a video of retinoscopy, The movement of the slit in the pupil with Astigmatism in patients ...

Also, can you use the values of NPR to prescribe Addition power to patients with lag of accommodation?
Thank you.

Sir i have a question
what is the relationship between the CA/A ratio and vergence??
You are just great Khurram Sir ❤
🌸🌸♥️
Please make a video on NFV and PFV
Pls cover all about squint
Good..
Sir to do for subjective refraction how much room light is ok
For subjective refraction room light should be normal but in case of objective refraction (retinoscopy) dim light is preferable.

Plz explain it.
Dear...NRA and near vision prescription are two different things.
Sir test should be done with full correction or with out correction
So is the pra and nra the recovery value or the blur value? I'm confused. Patient was blurred at +2.75 but you chose +2.50 why?
Yes....Recovery value...
Is push up method another name for NRA?
@@Jaycycar no, push up method is used for NPA.
Awesome 👌
Why is it important that the patient uses balance corrections in these procedures???
Thank you doctor
Thank you very much, it was really helpful. Can you make a video on AC/A and CA/A ratio?
Thankyou

Nice video sir 😊😊 wt will be the NRA value for older pt suppose 50 yrs sir ??
Sir explained nicely..results of NRA ,PRA little confusion
You can ask any question dear..I will explain.
Great
Hand neutrilization please explain sir
Will make a detailed video on hand neutralization.
Sir g ap k bad handera hy ...😅😅😅viva to acha guzry ga itna yakeen hy
🧠🧠❤️👍🏻
Where is anomalies of accommodation??
❤
Hi
Sir test should be start after full correction or no correction
