VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE

Vocational guidance: Guidance related to occupation or profession. Vocational guidance is also known as job oriented or career oriented guidance.
Purpose: The basic purpose of vocational guidance is economic independence or the bread earner of an individual.
Vocational courses:
agricultural, horticultural and floricultural engineering
electrical, mechanical and civil engineering
radio, t. v. and computer engineering
stenography and type writing
beauty therapy, hair designing and fashion technology
radio graphy
photo graphy
Aims and objectives:
1: vocational guidance helps to study intrest and aptitude in learners related to vocation
2: it helps to promote productivity and economic independence in learners
3: it helps to develop love and dignity in learners related to vocation
4: it helps in learners to become skilled technion through training.
