This is witness intimidation, prosecutor wanted the witness to testify one way, witness testified another way, so the prosecutor started making him read his plea deal threatening to put him in jail glad he never gave in. He might not be the most articulate but he really did not give her what she wanted. Memory is subjective and witness testimony is fallible of course he won't remember things that happened 8yrs ago I don't either don't force him to if he says he don't recall.

This case is supposed to be 4-6months long???? lol but they only have court 3.5 days each week….. case may be 1.5 years at this rate….
