He is providing answers even if it is "I don't recall" or "I can't remember" or "I don't know"...all while stalling at times ...his lawyer prepped him for this s*** show trial.     Looking back on this makes me so mad. Just to see how that biased judge talks to and about the defense is horrible. This is such a disgrace to the judicial system as a whole. Georgia should be terribly embarrassed.

    Tick is both hilarious and annoying on that stand. He’s definitely trying to make up for the fact that he snitched. The defense attorneys will help him clean up his testimony though.
    As for the prosecutor, in order to prove YSL was a gang, she should be able to establish when they became one. He’s not giving her ANYTHING! She’s gonna have to work for it.
    The judge is wildly disrespectful to the defense attorney’s!! It made me very uncomfortable and was difficult to watch. Every time the defense objects he becomes unhinged. Smh

    This is witness intimidation, prosecutor wanted the witness to testify one way, witness testified another way, so the prosecutor started making him read his plea deal threatening to put him in jail glad he never gave in. He might not be the most articulate but he really did not give her what she wanted. Memory is subjective and witness testimony is fallible of course he won't remember things that happened 8yrs ago I don't either don't force him to if he says he don't recall.

This man is in his 30’s. He remembers his birthday going to Lil Wayne concert in his 20’s, and a tour bus being shot at. And he definitely has used the word snitch in a sentence before, and knows what it means.

    His attorney prepared him well, these words "I don't know" "I don't recall" "long pauses" "I'm not sure" are intentional, he knows exactly what he is doing that's why the lady is frustrated and is now trying to make him look like a bad witness he is not a bad witness he is a good one, definitely not for the state tho that's why the prosecutor is now mad. It's better to not know than it is to make a wild guess. Even if you kinda know, or if you're unsure of specifics. He is very good.

    This judge needs to be thrown off the bench, he is super disrespectful but only toward the defense attorneys. He is so biased. He does not give the same attitude and disrespect when speaking with the State. It is so clear and it is upsetting to watch him scream and yell at the defense lawyers for simply saying objection. He is obviously not a supporter of "Innocent until proven guilty" and that is surprising because he is a judge.

    The line of questioning regarding his plea agreement and paper work he signed is unbelievable. If you have ever been through the court process or justice system you know exactly what TICK is talking about regarding the change of paper work and or the dirty behind-the-scenes BS that takes place with District Attorneys and the overall TYRANNY that takes place within that department.

    Judge crabbville needs some anger management classes on dealing with defense counsel. He’s acting like the defense is interrupting the state narrative which he seems to be apart of by the way he responds and his little theatrical responses. He needs to recuse himself.       @@HuChing-ob4kkI highly recommend you do some research on the most recent appellant court rulings. This judge has taken a risky move by allowing in every single piece of evidence and he stated multiple times, at the VERY END he will tell the jury what to disregard and what to consider.
      This is a very hot, and common legal debate as to if this straight up tampers a jury.
      The most recent appellant decisions, indicate that they agree so, that is likely to lead to prejudice.
      Stop hiding behind fake usernames if you believe you have some factual to talk about.

    This case is supposed to be 4-6months long???? lol but they only have court 3.5 days each week….. case may be 1.5 years at this rate…. If I was a jury Id be like, let’s get this sh*+ over with….. they supposed remember this guys testimony… He answers the question and the prosecutor has him keep answering the same questions….     I am going back and watching the older trial dates, and I know the defense team is thankful for this judge's recusal. He was rude and biased, and there was no chance of a fair trial!

    She asked Tick if he remembered telling the jury something. This is the same kind of questioning she later in the trial accuses Steele of using. She argued vehemently in front of the judge to preclude Steele from asking similarly styled questions. She is such a snake.

    I'll say this: he's not the sharpest tool in the knife, but whoever prepared him does well. He's doing a pretty good job toeing the line. Hes trying to save himself AND Thugger, but he cant. He'll either go for perjury/ special conditions of probation or Thugger will be convicted.

      Its possible despite the responses below. Much will depend on how he stands up to cross from the defense teams.. Remmeber he cant once impeach himself and Im not convinced he has the accumen to remember all hes said so far and make sure it all dovetails with his evidence under cross. He seems like a chap who left out the back door and messed up, but who if hed gone out the front door, could have had a normal oonstructive life Hes definitley not al bad
