No,one eyed king is kaneki's best personalty or it's character. IMO black reaper and eye patch kaneki are very enjoyable and badass but these two are not fully developed kaneki's version.

I think my favourite will always be Post-Dragon Kaneki. Not only because it's where he's at his most powerful but also most versatile. Through all of his experience and raw power, he can basically make his Kagune into whatever he wants with almost no limits. That is truly king level power.
