I have seen you are having lot of coffee a day which is not good though, as I when through your situation and I avoided coffee contains caffeine whole pregnancy period. This was directed by my Dr. from Australia. I believe it helps a lot. Stay strong, try to go for work and listen soft music which helps to avoid thinking back home . I know it’s hard to but you can make it.
