Guy Penrod known for his sliding vocals from high sliding down to low an octave lower. Perfect example!! And David Phelps? What else is there to say....Greatest singer in the world!!!!!
I love this song guy Penrod sings the last verse very well

@@WizzWinson this song Guy does it more emotionally than David. David is definitely technically better vocally. But this song is Guy’s hands down.
No one can sing like Guy Allen Penrod. His passion for GOD and JESUS CHRIST is unmatched. I absolutely love him and his ministry.
No disrespect to any of the fabulous singers that have been in this blessed group, but this is THE BEST lineup. In my opinion.
The unison, the harmonies, the blending of voices...best Gaither Vocal Band ever! Just wished I could have heard them in person! The band now is just not the same as this one!

For some reason (Guy Penrod) this is my fave version of this song
I have no words to tell you marvellous singers and believers how powerfully this video has impacted on me. I make it a point to listen to at least one song by your band daily and today I have been swept away to a place of deep peace by this song sung by you as I never heard it sung before. It was my dear Mother's favourite song and I will share it with my siblings. Thank you. I am shaking with emotion as I write this.

Don’t get me wrong, but When these 3 were together, Guy does lead best on this song. I’ve heard David sing same part. It was awesome. HoweverGuy conveys the emotion the best.

LOL You're kidding right? He doesn't even have the same range, power, or perfect technique that David Phelps has in the more updated version of this song in concert without Penrod. Just compare and you will see a MAJOR difference as David is on a whole other caliber of singing abilities.

LOL You can tell that David lost weight (was fat), had veneers put in, & a hair transplant comparing him back to the 90's. Either way, he looks even better now. BTW, David should have been singing Guy Penrods part as he is just much better as shown in the more updated version of this song in concert without Penrod. Although I will say that Penrod was still quite impressive in this performance.
