Hi dear thanks, no. 1 I just cut from the silver glitter sheet ...you can get all the material from stationary shop...to hold elastic use felt sheet cutting 😊

That is felt sheet..you'll get it in stationary shop...in this video I am using felt with glue but you can use without glue one also....
