It might not be the best question to ask but I recently studied Ac motor(Induction motor) where I got to know continuous changing field induces Eddy current.what really confused me was as the magnetic field of stator kept changing it produced absolutely no effect on the magnetic field produced by the Eddy current as if it had induced permanent poles.The north and the South Pole of the induced Eddy current in rotor kept moving towards the magnetic field of the stator but could've simply reversed their field to counteract the change of field.why does that not happen? .I hope you can help me with it

I appreciate the video sir but you forgot to explain the magnetic locking concept in this which kinda leaves a void in the lecture and i still am confused why the rotor instead of moving in the opposite direction ( in an attempt to oppose the rotating magnetic field) follows the magnetic field?? I mean it should go in the opposite direction to oppose the cause no?
this was really helpful and massive respect for the hardwork and showing the practical..this made visualization v easy..we can see how much work u had put in explaining this lecture thanks sir
