I used to love standing there waiting for the players to come out 😂 although, Ritchie has never stopped for me. That's the first time I've seen Manquillo drive past though. The less fans waiting, the more chance you have of them stopping, but when you got fans stood in the middle of the road like that .... that's just stupid. If he wasn't there, you would have had more stopping. Good video! 📷
Adam the need to learn certain skills and composure tho because against good teams doesn't matter about the intensity if they cant implement the tactics on matchday. It's like they so need some one like me to show them how to be deadly . They've got a lot of improving to do this bunch. My Forest Hall team at Uni would if hammered these lot. It's embarrassing. Liverpool and Spurs have a mandate where all their players need to stop time to time. I guess it's an American way of doing things where athletes there are more accessible to fans. I had a Liverpool supporting mate that got car selfies with almost the entire first team in a single day. It's time some proper pr is instilled in these players. If those superstars can do it, this lot certainly can but the push needs to come from the club.

When I was a kid and Newcastle trained down in Durham, the training sessions were open to the public and all the players were happy to sign autographs for the fans. Many would spend 20 mins or more signing for the fans and was a great opportunity for the players and fans to connect. Id love to see that return to Newcastle United and for the players to really embrace the fans who pay to support their team. In one day I was able to get the entertainers and the KK to sign my shirt, went home a happy 8 year old

Loved hearing and seeing ypu excitement when Howe reversed back down the lane! Great opening comment, couldn't agree more about the training facilities, hoping Staveley gets on the phone to KSS and starts to develop a plan for a new facility. We see facilities like Leicester and Liverpool opening up and we are still in that shed, shameful.
If it's any consolation for you guys. Our (Bournemouth fan here) training facilities are still league one level. He played, trainsd and coached on them.for years so this prison ground like training ground is probably an upgrade for him! :P. We are still waiting for them to improve them now but who knows how long that'll take.
Hi Adam Not sure if you’ve tried already but I think the better time to get players autographs and photos is in the morning when they come in. Ive been twice and the players have always stopped for me. Manquillo even pulled up next to me without me even needing to hail him
When i was still in college i use to wait till midnight waiting for MLB / NFL players go out of games to get their signature, i know the feeling of meeting some of your hometown players / hero just amazing Concerning for fans that jumps in front of their cars to stop and over begging. Every player deserve to decide to stop or not and have to respect their decision. Put ourselves in their shoes.. safety concern and you just never know. Good on Eddie Howe telling his driver to reverse back to stop and take pics and talk for a bit.
