For me, osu has played off of some addicted part of my mind, and while I still play and enjoy some of the time I do, it does take from me. I play offline and rarely get to share my passion for the game with anyone. For you, though, I'm proud to see that you can make something so great out of it all - even such that I can feel included in some way! You not only stepped out and showed yourself to the osu community, but also to larger parts of the internet, and now, you've stepped out to the professional world of your craft. I think you (rightfully) learned that you can step out in that way, and that it's not only the bad and scary things that await you.
