1. Most seats will be reserved for youngsters of age less than 45. They are the ones who can actually work and get the job done
2. No unwanted posts within the party. Posts reserved for only most important roles that is like only one class leader in a class not like group leaders for every group, separate extra curricular coordinator, separate sports committee coordinator kind of roles
3. Rajinikanth won't be the CM candidate but prefers to take up the leadership of the party which he begins and will nominate worthy candidates for the CM post. He will closely monitor their activities and will review them. In case of failure to meet his expectations, he will even fire them ! 'A good leader is the one who creates many new leaders'
4. With the jambavans like ADMK and DMK, it is extremely tough for a single person like him with just cinema popularity to sweep the elections. Also, the "empty space" which he mentioned still exists after the demise of leaders like karuna and JJ. So, if he has to come this is his last chance.
5. This being his last chance, he asks the people to create a revolution or a "wave" in layman terms. Only if this wave is created, a change can happen in Tamil Nadu. Just by winning 15-20% of the votes and then having to ally with ADMK or DMK and have their candidate as CM is useless.
6. So long story short, all lies in our hands to make this movement a success. We have to reiterate these stories to masses to create that political change which we longed for. Else we have to resort to live with ADMK and DMK. The ball is in now in our court and the decision is now in our hands !!
Of-course any Thalaivar fan would feel down hearing Thalaivar's 3rd and important statement today of him not aspiring to stand as CM candidate. But Politics in Tamilnadu is not only about Fans, Its about common people and their Life.
Rajinikanth is very very clear about System change. You can see his statements in press meet today ! The much needed 'MAN' in this current political turbulence!

When I watched the movie, I really felt the tributary motion that is going on in the whole movie because all the theme songs and soundtracks used are all old-school tunes. In short, it is a tributary movie to Rajini's police character in movies and swag and style. I will say this movie is an extreme roller coaster of emotions, SPOILER ALERT!!!
