Nice! 😊 With the bright early morning sun from your sky high viewpoint, the definition & ruggedness of the mountains shows up perfectly!! 👍 I love the artistic framing that contrasts the textures of the sky & sun with the crumpled mountain textures - the wing curving around the scene tops it off perfectly, it provides a type of viewing platform that your eye travels along from to then gaze all the way down at the beautiful land of the long white cloud, like it's the land that's slowly & steadily 'moving' past. Thanks for filming it!
Beautiful video, Kevin. There's a lot more snow on the mountains now after the latest cold front passed through & it's much lower, too. Thanks, also for your stream from CHC. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope you can do another in summer when there are more widebodies in/out of CHC along with aircraft that will be doing the summer Antarctic program. BTW: did you realise why the majority of the Canterbury Aero Club planes had red & black stripes? Clues: the club name & Super Rugby Champions. 😁🏈🛩
Hi Barry - That would be amazing flying in those machines.. Most planes these days are all the same in side.. Those planes had read character.. very cool
Wow, thank you .

A day to remember for you amongst all those little planes on Monday,

Hmmm.. can't quite remember that name of those super rugby champions that keep on winning.. I will have to come back then..
@@WLGLIVE 😆
Its a bit of a trade off isn't it scenery vs the working surfaces of the aircraft. You had a nice day for it!
Hmm.. I kept thinking about being further down or at the front of the plane while watching it.. But it was just a video on the spur of the moment..
I've flown the route in a Douglas DC3, B737-200 and Vickers Viscount. Not this in this century.
