- Stick War II: Order Empire is the sequel to the original hit game from Stickpage.com, Stick War. The game is intended to function as the long-awaited campaign mode of Stick Empires and will also have cooperative play, or multiplayer. It was released on November 30, 2012. The gameplay is similar to the first game, with new abilities and units, a different empire (chaos, led by medusa) and "upgrades"

Fun fact: Garrisoning units before medusa petrifies the entire battlefield actually saves them. Makes the bossfight 100x easier.
Indeed, I even tried to use a shadowarth to attack the statue and then retreat to the fortress so that no one would get petrified (well it doesn't work

Funnily enough, rushing the charge action against Medusa is also doable on all difficulties 😂
I did that strategy back then (what you said), but now that you got a giant, and all other units, rushing it all on Medussa works ☠️☠️☠️
I used ninjas and get them closer to the enemy's castle, Medusa petrify units from behind their statue to the rests.

Im surprised the game "ended" just to see 1 archidon doing the hard labor just to be turned to stone

@@samuelchinandra4430 l recently played se2 on insane mode and dude, deads were really tanky. lt felt like they had 5 health bars and marrowkai, that dude grim reaper used to work on shield spearton too .

I think the best things about this game were the artstyle and most importantly the glory kill-ish heath animations when someone gets killed.
I kinda wished a few units like Swordwrath and Shadowwrath had glory kills as well, so Swordwraths would have glory kills against other swords and the archerdon. While Shadowwraths would have glory kills against Magikills and Speartons.
only Swordwraths and crawler have this though against Speartons and Juggerknights
And Speartons killing a Juggerknight
What I love about stick war 2 is how brutal the finishers are. Especially the juggerknights

This game is still one of the weirdest design choices, going from a simple but effective Stick War 1 with the option to manually control troops to... an almost league of legends like RTS is insane
nah it's not a moba. It's more like Siegius crossed with SC2/AOE.
The order empire dotorine: uses all full dominance using versatile troops.
Chaos Empire: uses early Harrasement and uses speed and maneuvers.
Elemental empire: only relys on magics and focus on economy and spells.
Order and chaos legit felt like human and undead race from warcraft

I played Swl back then. And when i found out SW2 exists (BACK THEN.) I told my dad if he could download that game turns out it was from a website lol (This was back then.) I thought SW2 was new but turns out it was old
I used to take the shield guys and make a wall. Then, the archers in four rows behind them. Maybe two healers for the poison. Giants in the back and some sword guys on standby. wiped out every level
I did same too but in the chaos it was very hard to do it again

l assume you had pretty hard time with deads since they are tank af and ai attack very quickly, especially in insane mode.
I've played Stick War 2, and it was soooo goood! The diversity of units is better than Legacy! The only problem is the chaos AI sometimes glitches out and spawns 5 giants at once(without any miners) but at least you can use many other units to destroy the statue!
I just wish there was cosmetics for offline mode instead of online
swl was basically sw1 but way more polished after all, thats why more units in sw2
And then they made stick empires which is stick war 2 but multiplayer, they allowed you to play order, chaos, and the new elemental race

it is still . Dude, l lost a game today. What happened was l clicked self explode and my bomber exploded 3 seconds later in nothing. The crazy part was l wasn't even lagging, my opponent was. But it was still fun XD
This game was an absolute clasic and a GOAT for strategy flash games. Can't think of any other strategy flash game that was as good as this one

In stick empires i usually use shadowrath and go invincible to attack archerdons at the back.
I really miss this game, especially the mechanics. Stick war 3 is great but I wish they added the features from Stick empires instead of Stick War Legacy. The archers animations and preloaded bows for example, and the Magikill was much more fun to use compared to the Stick war 3 underwhelming Magikill that nobody uses. It's sad to see that they replaced Shinobi with an underwhelming parry for shadowrath that has to be used with user control. There were more skins and variety for every unit compared to the basic skins from Stick war legacy.
Stick empire animation are made for stronger device like pc,while stick war 3 are focus on android who a bit weak device

@OneAndOnlyWanted Legacy was a decent reboot to the original but over time, it was flopped with childish features at the tournament. Even so, it still has good gameplay.

Man seeing a PROPER video of a playthrough without annoying music, I love it! I was able to micromanage units pretty ok, not sure now since I've not played this in eons.
Goated strategy, use the 1 row of Speartons wall bash and 2 rows of archers, then have merics and swordwrath be support. Always place 1-2 Miners for mana generation. In online I'd use the Miner's Wall for another defense line. With campaign tho, I usually just build up archers when I can.
can't lie, this is a dozen times more difficult than stick war 3, probably because of the micro-managing

The first time i heard about this game was in 2022,after Flash was discontinued,but man,it looks way too good for 2012, and the fact that it was a flash game!
Still my favorite in the series i used to be good at the game when i was around 13 years old now i waiting for ruffle to get more optimise so i can play on my phone i don't have pc now and the soundtrack is amazing

@@damagamin3716 This is factually untrue because 1 was way more intuitive with the gameplay, building up defenses was more rewarding and so was rushing down the enemy.
In 2 you’re tied to one playstyle, you have to micro way more, the map is bigger, miners dont automatically mine, skill tree, and certain enemies in 2 are superbuffed in unfair ways, while 1 is an even playing field

By far this Stick War and its multiplayer version (Stick Empires) are by far the best, even than SW 3 or its legacy version for mobile.

In Stick War 2 and its pvp counterpart, Spearton don't throw spear, the only abilities you could buy is Shield Wall and Shield Bash, that's It.

SW2 on Insane is just hair ripping, since HARD is doable. Insane is when the unpatched units like crawlers and eclipsors kick in, and ESPECIALLY Marrowkai and dead lvls where it just feels rage inducing to how the AI feels like cheating. The amount of dead and marrow AI spam is crazy that even I has multiple attempts on Dead and Marrow level.
l played recently, insane mode, didn't retry any level but took almost 2 hours to complete. The most time l took was on undeads which was like something 18 minutes. Castle archer is really helpful in this level. The nworst part is that undeads are so f tanky. lt felt like they all had 5 health bars and the numbers of them were insane ! My 2-3 lines of archers took only about a health bar of a dead. Had to extreme micro to defeat this level.

This is my favorite stick war and I loved how you played it. It was very nice or at least me looking back on it like “huh, I’d actually love to do that”
Also one of my favorite things that still sticks to me to this day is the death animations. I know there are some special ones but some like the giants or marrowkai just pleases me in a different way.

U can do kiting much more easier when right clicking home base,then click garrison button (g) or something, the archidon will then shoot and simultaneously running back in garrison mode. Keep doing it again and again and u will get the hang of it

God I remember this, I've been trying to find a working hacked version of this so I don't get stuck on the Magikill LMAO
if you're on normal you could just use shadowrath (preferably cloaked) and go to magikill and ignore meric when they attack and then kill the meric also having castle archer really helps when you're overwhelmed
also archidons help alot you could use a shield wall spearton to distract the magikill while the archidons kill them
Yeah the magikill sucks instead of minions that were annoying they gave magikill three magic

The thing I really like about this game is the AI, it’s much better than mobile versions of the game, back line units would actually fall back if approached, enemies pushes are organized and often post as a better threat than SWL pushes, and they use ability+research too

Man, so many memoires from this game. Personally I always did lines of the spear hoplite guys instead of swordwraths, the cost is high but they are just so much more effective as infantry. I think I also spammed the hell out of archers.
honestly stick war2 was my favorite flashgame to play, i remember as kid just spamming speartons shield wall with healers behind them and archers at the back taking pot shots at the enemy

I played this game back in 2017 on my old dad’s computer, for some reason the adobe removal thing never happened on it, so from there until like 2021 or something, I played every once in a while, I absolutely loved this game and the animations people made on TH-cam. I don’t remember how I found it, but I assume on TH-cam like how I found many of the other games a I played.
sword dudes are only used for harass or early game infantry, notice how you barely use the spearton for its purpose
With rage you can make swordwraths viable midgame, but when they die you replace them with better units.
A little advice for stick war 2 and stick empires players
You can use TOWER SPAWN, it makes things a little easier for us because the tower will release another spearton/heavy unit every 45 seconds.
Then you can use SPEARTON SHIELD and SHIELD BASH to repel Medusa's attacks
And you can also use CURE so that MERICS can cure poison
This video interdimensional time-warped me to my childhood. I think I beat Medusa by hiding a bunch of giants in my pocket (garrison) and unleashing them after her big stone spell. They were fully upgraded too, so uh… She really didn’t get to do much.

For normal gameplay:
In the training level the Speartons you can just mass the Swordwrath and Defeat them, in the Archidons you need the Speartons to tank against the Archidons, in the Shadowrath is not that hard, just don't let the Shadowrath Shinobi your Archidons, in the Magikill level you can use the Swordwrath for Early game and get an Archidon and Spearton soon and you can use the Shadowrath to assassinate the Magikill, for the westwind you can just order all of your unit to attack and spam a Swordwrath if that is if you want to rush the level
And also i suggest you get cure, to cure the poison
I remember rage redoing my first run to get cure because I hated the deads poisoning my units so much.
The merics that have the cure have to heal you twice to remove the poison instead one
You should play other games tooo because you explain things very well I'll be your everyday viewer

This game has some special kill scene like spearton vs juggerknight in 1v1 when spearton win, and flying crossbowmen do exist in during the test version of stick war 3 but they removed when they released normal version.
honestly im kinda sad that they abandoned this artstyle, and sticked to a more kid freindly and saturated artstyle in SW legacy and 3

apparently juggerknights on 3 tend to charge until its duration ends or when hitting a heavy unit
also SW3 campaign which takes place after SW2 but add the elements with skins(tribes) from legacy with the
woodland tribes led by archis (former leader of the achidons)
, the glacial uprising led by spearos (former leader of the speartons),
the voltaic revolt led by magis (founder of the magikill),
the vampiric soulstealers led by mera (leader of the merics),
and the borderland flamefeeders led by wrathnar ( swordwraths ex-general)
im glad this was my childhood not some brainrottted games these days.
spamming swordwraths can be a good backup option if you only have golds below 400 or either you're losing
