Not with all of the software they're packing into these things these days. Really doubt they'll be supporting cars 25 years down the line... I have trouble believing even 15 years they'll support it.
I just got my 2023 LE hybrid last week because my 1991 hand-me-down Corolla from my uncle starts showing issues this year. Most reliable car hands down! Your reviews are great!
I think I've watched 15 different 2023 Corolla LE reviews since I made my purchase but this is my favorite version of those. I like the way you made everything look nice and easy. I am so excited to receive mine. Unfortunately, there is a delay so I'll only receive it in 4-6 months. Brutal but I'm happy I made this decision.
Your reviews and tutorials are always great. I do have to agree with other owners on the 2 liter hwy mpg(owner of '22 Corolla SE). I average 47 to sometimes even 49. This is my second Corolla, and I am a Toyota customer for life.😊
I am stressing myself out sooo much over which Toyota should I get. Should it be the Corolla, Camry or the Corolla Hatchback. All I do is watch these videos constantly everyday on which one to get. But I still have a ways to go before I get my driver’s license and the amount of money I’ll put down on it. This was an excellent video. You made that Corolla LE version look like a million bucks and it and I’m once again on the side of the Corolla. Great video you did.
It was time to trade in my beloved 2013 Camry SE, and I thought I would be downgrading by moving to a '23 Corolla (Hybrid) I couldn't have been more wrong. This my 4th Toyota since I purchased my first new car in 1983. I'm a loyal Toyota owner for life.
Honestly speaking my 1st car here in California is corolla LE 2008. Ive tried the honda civic honda accord Crv and hrv. Then ive tried the nissan kicks 2021. But still toyota is the best most reliable car. Now i got a toyota camry LE 2023 im gonna keep this very nice car. Toyota is the best...
I love how you click your feet before getting in. I started doing that when I bought my 2020 Chevy Spark brand new because I wanted to keep it clean and mint for a long time. 😹🖤 I love this basic Corolla, super cute. Great execution of the review and features!
Thank you for the great video. I purchased a previously owned 2023 Corolla with 1500 miles on it. I am extremely happy with this car save for what the gentleman below mentioned regarding the ability to lock the car after starting. I also am NOT happy at all that the dealer will NOT change my oil until I reach 10K!! Totally ridiculous. I am 75 and have been a certified, master mechanic since 1975. Regardless of the fact that this engine takes (unobtanium) 0 w 8 oil, I would never for the life of me drive a car (even a Toyota) 10K till an oil change. I will make my own oil and filter changes (yes, Mobil 1, 0 w 16 and Toyota filter) at 5 to 5.5K and of course save all my receipts. Thank you again.
We live in the country near a small town in the middle of sweet nowhere so having a dependable car is essential. Since we do about 95% highway driving it's nice to know we'll be getting great gas mileage. We're upgrading from a 2002 Chrysler so all of the driver assist features are new to us, there's going to be a learning curve getting used to that stuff. We've decided on a Corolla based on price / dependability / function and have put a deposit down on a 2024 Corolla L model in Celestite blue which may arrive at the dealership as early as next month. We're looking forward to being Toyota owners.
I like your attention to detail, like how sun reflects off some interior surfaces (ie door handles). It’s things like that as a driver I notice. Keep up the good work.
Great video that I appreciate without the condescending remarks I often hear with other reviewers of how corolla just doesn't measure up to a Porsche 👍👍
Great review of an outstanding vehicle. I’m only disappointed that just about every car company is hell bent on those protruding info screens. I will definitely buy this car anyway. I like its relative simplicity. Thank You.
Thank you for the review, looking at one of these currently. Also, as a recent graduate I appreciate you emptying the non-credit college credit textbooks out of the glove box. New editions will be out in 6 months I'm sure.
Perfect low-key review and examination of all features. Well done sir! And man I love that color. I wish Corolla came in Lunar Rock, but Underground is a good alternative until they do.
Great video! Unfortunately here in Dallas, dealers want 2k to 5k over msrp on new 2023 Corolla LE gasoline sedans. Especially when they find out I’m a cash buyer, they insist on the markup because they know they won’t make any money off the back end. Corollas are in higher demand than Camrys!!
My biggest concern is how is it to drive with CVT !? Does RPM hang and bang ? Plus screens are useless. So many reflections in day lights. I think toyota missed it with this style of screen position
Do models with BSM and RCTA also have Safe Exit Assist? I don’t see it on Toyota’s site but it is mentioned for the 25 Camry so I’m guessing no. Thanks!
I got the 23 corolla gas. It been a good car so far. The only thing about ny car is the headlights lighting has black spots on it.. and the tires wear down quick no to cheap 225 40 18 ..
Hello Brian, this is fantastic. I recently owned Corolla Levin 2022, and I'm having a problem with regard to the infotainment system. Can't connect to my phone and update.

Great walkthrough! Maybe a dumb question, but what color are the seats? It’s hard for me to tell if those are the gray or the black seats. I’m trying to decide between this and the Civic LX. Was leaning toward the Civic last year, but the improvements to the Corolla for 2023 + the sticky steering issues people are experiencing on Civics makes it a tough choice. I just love the Civic interior so much, but the Corolla seems more reliable and practical.
Hey thanks! Never a dumb question on my channel. These are considered black seats. Toyota black cloth is lighter which I suspect they do because it helps hide dust, dandruff, hair, etc better than stark black cloth. They “age” better. Civic is a nice car. But there’s something really nice about knowing in the back of your mind that you have a high quality durable car like a Toyota. Let us know what you pick!
Everyone seems to favor the LE trim. Even Toyota offers three very nice options for the interior which includes a Macadamia/Mocha color for seats and matching door panels, and it's not available in higher trims. I even see folks buying the LE and opting for packages to bring it on par with the higher trims. What gives? Is the rear Trosen beam suspension that negligible?
@@alvinsimba734 So Corolla hybrid LE with convenience package is the way to go. Add AWD to compensate for the 138 hp engine and it will cost $27K including delivery. I can see it being the best value. Thank you.

Kirito, you need to find a 2023 LE without either of the two upgrade packages. It has to be a base LE without the LE convenience package or the LE Premium package.
@@brianruperti okay thank you I just wanted to make sure because a video I watched which was an LE it didn’t have heated seats so I thought when I seen this maybe it was a custom or something 🤷🏾♀️
You can customize and ask the dealer to install heaters in the front seats just make sure you ask about pricing and warranty on that first, but many people do that and it’s really nice
I noticed when I had a passenger she took off her seatbelt and it would not stop going off until she went back and buckled in. It was alarming. No way to turn that off?
@brianruperti have a 1 year old tacoma love it. However, I'm not using bed for 95% of my trips. For the 5-10X a year I need it, I thought of using a trailor on our subaru instead. @adkforester5428 resale is good But not as strong in my Opinion. They’re both safe, the corolla a bit safer in the reviews. But size matters in safety too. Enjoyment is also important. That’s a tough call.
@@brianrupertiI got a question for you. I know Apple iPhones uses USB Cs but does Samsung have one. If Samsung doesn’t have one then I’m not sure how I feel about.
