My dad works as an anesthesiologist-reanimatologist in a city ophthalmology clinic, and once he and other doctors were given kind of little glass badges with a pin in the shape of an eye with a multi-colored iris - it was sort of divided into colored sectors, like in the color wheel - an interesting thing)
Those balls in a grid remind me of the ceiling air vents at my local hospital ... From now on, on subsequent visits I'm not going to be able to shake the idea that those features are shaped like eyes snooping at me.
