I have uploaded a video but there is no sound coming out of it. What could be the issue here?

Hi!
Check if there is audio in the source file of the video you are trying to upload.
Also make sure that your video has not been muted in the settings in the editor.

@@MyWebAR Thanks for the comment. Interestingly, it wasn't working with just my iPhone. My colleagues and my wife tried in their phones, Android and iOS, it was working fine but not with mine. Dunno what happened because except my phone, I couldn't recreate the issue.

when i scan the qr the page for the side open and tells me to tap and place the object rather than displaying it automatically on the qr itself. Please tell me how to fix this

You may have selected SLAM Tracking when selecting the project type. Try selecting exactly the QR code as a marker. This is done at the very beginning, when you start creating a project
