    Hi Rob. We did The Dragon this morning, for me personally I think it might have been the third or fourth time for me, I just began Yoga august this year - training 3-4 times a week. Definitely felt an inprovement since just the last time we trained The Dragon a couple of weeks ago. I hear you say, your knees decide how deep you can go into The Dragon? The rest is muscle and flexibility training, keep it up, feel your strenght and flexibility improve? Finally, is The Dragon kinda a "warm up" for The Dove?
