FBI Surveillance...lol. I used to name my wireless SSID "Get your virus here" when I lived in an apartment by myself. Good video...Merry Christmas dude :)
Can you please make a video on how to route network traffic using the installed network cards? For example if a browser wants to access the internet, use card1. If an application wants to access an internal subnet, use card2.
Great one. Thanks Brian. I’ve also did in network adapter advance settings is use 5ghz preferred band. It forces the wireless to pick the faster band and ac connection 😊
That command to open the network connections window is great! Thanks for pointing that out. Nice and fast to get there for me now! Off to find the other shortcut commands for other links in control center. If anybody has other useful ones like that, could you please drop them in the replies to me? Thanks in advance!
@@Britec09just thought of another thing. If we also use ipv6, should we give them priority numbers of 6 and up in this example? Or do we start over with 1 and up? Also noticed you skipped the Bluetooth adapter. Is it because it's basically worthless, or just not worth giving a higher priority? Thanks!
excuse my ignorance BUT will this help me if my PC is plugged into the Ethernet but I have my tv box is now, not cable, but WiFi connection and it keeps pausing even if I put a signal strength reader that shows it is a full strength in the next room? My wife is irritated that who "shows" keep cutting out. I have Download Mbps 807.54 - Upload Mbps 64.06...it is a digital cable box by a company called Mediacom Cable
Anyone else being denied ALL downloads by last weeks' W11 update? Even the despicable Edge is showing "Failed - virus scan failed" at the Windows download center. I was trying to install 11 on a used but supported computer with TPM2.0.....it's like MS wants me to go all Linux all the time and not just the lovely Zorin on my oldest rig. Seriously, to hell with MS.
Yes please Powershell too
Yes please! 😊
Very helpful, Merry Christmas.
Happy holidays!
Very useful, cheers!
Glad you think so!

Many thanks for your great videos over the last 12 months. Merry Xmas and a HNY
cheers Geoff
Very useful! Have a lovely Xmas holiday Brian 🎄🎄🎄
Useful video thanks.
It would be very useful if you put the cmd in you description to copy and paste.
PowerShell videos btw would be VERY WELCOME 🤗

Same to you!
i only have 2 things on this list wifi and ethernet and ethernet is disabled, unplugged is this worth doing?
I would say yes just to future proof it. You never know if you might use it in the future. It certainly won't hurt your system.

Is it possible to set a browser to use only the wi-fi connection and another program, like qbittorrent, to use only ethernet wired connection?
Nice
Thank you. Merry Christmas
@@GRsBlueBiHanexcellent question I'd like to know as well

Just open Settings page and in Settings search box type Network Connections.
@@normanwhite2227 that's a different page than what is provided in control panel. But thanks for pointing out how to do that 😊
@@di0__0ib lol Control Panel is also there. Or you can type in same Settings search box "Control Panel"
Very useful

I liked the old days when I could utilize multiple networks adapters at the same time. IE: if I had wired and wireless)

I receive a message: 'get-NetIPinterface' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Powershell not command prompt
