Updated news on my recovery from the surgery in April

So many of you were tehre for me as this was going on, I thought I would record this to let you all know a bit about where I am at.
Reocvvry is taking much longer than I had ever expected. It has been 15 weeks since the surgery and I still have a lot of recovery to go through. Parts of me may never recover back to "normal". I should plateau in another three to six months.

Hey Bernard, this really resonated with me. I'm also trying to take control of my health and fitness as well. Have taken up kick-boxing!
