idk if any of you guys know but I first heard this song on a mix on the Holy Chill yt page (th-cam.com/channels/j6kAde2KvnoOzo5r7sFpaQ.html which is still up but the music feels less than it was before a few years back, which i think a lot of it was removed due to copy righted reasons because a lot of that music was sampled material from others). Holy Chill used to dish out lots of good songs and this was one of them included on that mix. That mix used to be an everyday song for me especially back in high school and it felt good to just listen to that whole thing. This song including that mix brings back the obvious nostalgic feels when me and the bros would all get together after a school day or friday night to smoke up and hangout. How lifes changed so much and the disconnection with some of us, lately ive been trying to make efforts to catch up and get together with some of them but this whole shit year's sort of paused everything especially being in a small area that is in lockdown of recently. lot of time to reflect especially this year after a long term relationship, moved from a different living situation with my son and having to attend a few family member funerals to covid this past year. What a year it has been for me so far but things are good now, be safe and stay up during these trying times and RIP to the great Nujabes and JD and to the people who have lost loved ones especially to this virus.
