US is not wrong about the timing and symbolism of receiving Russia's hughest award.
India should have asked for rhe award to be posposed till after the war.
Although this would have been a dishonour to Russia.
Interestingly they offered this award to India but not China.
One question worth asking is :
Would Russia support India in a war against China?
What if any support can be expected?
