Gunshots outside of Giants Stadium bring the Carmel-Ben Davis game to an abrupt halt

- It was a scary situation at Ben Davis as gunshots were heard just outside of the stadium. Here is the raw footage from our broadcast - the incident occurred about halfway through the fourth quarter.
Thankfully, everyone inside the stadium was safe and the alleged shooter has been apprehended. The game ended with Carmel leading 35-21. Major credit to Wayne Township Schools for their handling of everything.

Gunshots heard OUTSIDE the stadium and they all run outside the stadium.....Durrrrr!!
Which one would be safer genius?
Be out in the open exposed in all 360 degrees with little to no hiding spots.
Or
Run into a huge locker room that is blockable and bulletproof with two entry points to defend just in case.
For the record, I went into this high school. Once those doors are lock and shut u need heavy industrial tools to break into them.
They didn't run outside the stadium the players coaches and Officials ran to the locker room!

Why don’t they run that fast in games?
To save energy for the entire game. Why spend 100% of your energy in the first quarter when you can use 20/40 per quarter.
Btw: when your in a life or death (flight or fight or freeze) state. You body uses every bit of it energy possible to make you run faster, think quicker, pinch harder, numb any pain, or tense every muscle slower and deeper breathe. Etc until u crash and feel everything at once.
