I'm trying to incorporate things into my life to keep myself from totally wanting to let go. Sleep is extremely difficult. I'm finding listening to this is helping me go and stay asleep. I was lost and suffered until a Christian rebirth and diet change mostly vegetarian. Leave out spiritual even diet and exercise is so healing but it takes discipline. Don't eat 3 hours before bedtime at 9pm up at 6 or later you go to bed feeling GREAT and wake feeling GREAT! that is after about 3 months after a year all cells have been replaced..Ask God to send someone like I did and show you the way to live and be happy caring for others comes at all times complete freedom.
