Thank you very much👨💻
This story tells us about the wastage of time that we do for people unnecessarily.
" I'm a quit people pleasure person. I lost many of my valuable times. Helping others in every cases in every time is not good. Knowing bad, we often can not say NO. Saying strictly NO once will enhance our mental strength. That eventually will boost up our confidence and personalities. After all, a plenty of times will be on our hands to fulfill our plans that we wanted to do. "
pls marked it whether any mistake. thanks.
Hi Rehana,
Good job on the writing, we have made a few amendments:
I'm quite a "people pleaser" person. I have lost a lot of valuable time helping others. We often cannot say no to people. Saying no once can and will enhance our mental strength and that will eventually boost our confidence. By doing this, we will have more (or plenty) of time to fulfil our own plans and the things we want to do.
We think it's good to put time aside and help other people, but we also need to make time for ourselves too :)
This story is pretty much similar to my life . I always did thing for my family, sister brother parents and others people. I never thinking about myself always my family first and ethers.I always had been wanting to help, even someone I never know, when I saw has no foods or difficulties, I then contributed.
I had trying not to think about others as much as before. I was trying to cut down. Thank you for the story :-) x
Thank you for watching and sharing your story too!
I am good at keeping boundaries.
After years I learned to please myself not the people around .Because already no matter what you do they will never be satisfied.
Thank you this story was interesting

Thanks thanks thanks 👍👍 another lesson lead to improve my English skills ☀️🇵🇱😀
Thank you, as always, Jarek! After reading the story, do you think you are a “people pleaser” or not? 🤔
@@LovelyEnglishStories no, no fear, I often help other people but I think about myself too. Is this phrase ok?
"I often help other people but I think about myself too" - yes, this works. You could also say: "I often help other people but I also try to make time for myself too."

A huge thank you for the inspirational videos. I like to pick up new words and new expressions on your channel.
Hello Rita! How are you?
"hit the nail on the head" is a lovely English idiom. It is used to describe exactly what is causing problem or situation or to be exactly right about something.
Hope this helps :)

Hello! Welcome to the channel :)
Although lending your hand to anyone is a positive thing, you cannot reconcile the goat and the cabbage.
We have never heard this saying before "You cannot reconcile the goat to the cabbage". We like it! Which country does it come from?
