It's mostly a lifestyle thing, and reappIying stick sunscreen works better on medium-high coverage makeup actually. I tried on light makeup and it took it off but that doesn't happen with my dior medium coverage foundation. I don't reapply every 2hrs tbh. I get ready and go to school at 7am (spent my whole time inside a building until 2pm. Before leaving the building I reapply with the instree stick so I protect myself while driving. I get home, take a shower and do my skincare again (usually only moistezer and sunscreen) to last me a couple more hours until I go to bed at around 10pm. I would try to improve on other aspect like wearing hats, longsleeves even in summer, sun glasses, vitamin c, ect.
Your diet also contributes to how your skin looks and feels. Since your vegan you can definitely tell that your skin is really healthy and glowy with the skincare as an extra boost.
I’ve been using tretinoin cream for 3 years and have almost the same glow as her. I don’t do any anything other than drink water and watch my sugar intake

I'm using tretinoin cream for 5yrs. And i got korean glass skin. Just be consistent and have a lot of patience when it comes to skin care. It take years to see the perfect result. Especially like tretinoin, retinol. With a proper guidance of your dermatologist. Another one you need to detox your body. Stop taking sweet foods to prevent pimples.

just a LITTLE something to add to this vid, your acne is also based on diet, hormones, and genetics. i think i have room and time to mention types of acne break outs (FOR TEENS OR YOUNGER ADULTS BC ADULT ACNE IM NOT THAT FAMILIAR WITH)!! hormonal/teenage acne 🤮 lets says you just graduated middle school or even just started, and your realizing redness, irrtation, oiliness, and dryness on your face. congrats your old enough to have unlocked acne!! I ABSOLUTELY HATED my hormonal or teenage acne journey, i felt insecure and had 0 confidence in showing my acne in public. i would literally apply 3 layers of foundation some days (don't do that, it'll irritate and drown or clog your pores with product buildup) I would compare my acne to my friends. i would make a big ah deal about it in pictures then take a second look and delete it🥲 acne is no fun, especially when your just a kid. your unable to take full control of your diet, and take any medications bc your just too young. one year ago, i started my dermatologist journey and would visit weekly to get news or treatments done. i got the blue light treatment, medical/spa facials done, microneedling, and more. i was desperate and done with it. for me, it was in the fall of 5th grade when i started which was now 5 YEARS AGO(and im still suffering from some scarring). but enough with just my lil comments here r some treatments: •visit a dermatologist-they will exam your skin weekly or monthly and prescribe you new products to add and build your routine overtime! as well as giving you tips and tricks on how to treat acne outside of the routine:)) •find out your skin texture. there are 5 or 6 types (arguable) normal, oily, combination (of oily and dry and in your t zone: nose, forehead, and chin), and sensitive. once you determine your skin type, find and research products that specialize in you skin type •my biggest tip: LESS IS MORE, MORE IS LESS!!! i get triggered whenever i scroll to grwm and see a teen using 10+ skincare products on there face, ITS NOT NECESSARY!! you should have a 3-4 step. 1.cleanse or double cleanse with another 2.serum 3.toner 4.sunscreen your routine changes depending on the time of day, am or pm. with pm, it could be a 4 step if you want to add patches or a overnight treatment that can be taken off in the morning. i find eye creams to be wasteful, its just a moisturizer✋. if you have underbags or undereye irritation then be free to add the product as a step:)) but ofc sunscreen in worn in the morning so am you apply it! now, ik questions pop up. am i gonna have this acne forever? when will i start to see results? will my acne leave scars in my adult years? these questions r hard to answer. but i will try. if you pick and make your zits, white heads, blacks heads, nodules, papules, cysts, or pustule bleed(those r all types of zits u can have) then yes there's a high chance of scarring. but there r products that specialize in scars!if your acne goes into your adult years, you should take a step back and research your diet and trigger foods, or find out a medication that works for you. if you are now starting or building products into a skincare routine, you should see results in 3 weeks-5 months. if you add a medication supplement in, those take months in advance to see results. if you added a drugstore product, you should see results in just a few weeks:)) in my eyes, its not possible to see results within a week. if you learned anything from reading this, know that acne takes time and patience. throughout your WHOLE LIFE your skin will never be perfect, but you deal with it and avoid getting frustrated with it. if you ever think, nothing works, i'm done, i wanna rip my whole face off. i definitely recommend a dermatologist or monthly facials at a spa, bc you will see results after those appointments. you don't need to here it from some freshmen in highschool but please know that acne doesnt make you ugly. i have done enough research to know that ❤❤
