@Tara glad your seeing all these but as a lifelong Xmen fan I again beg you one day to watch the animated series Xmen97 season 1 was done a few months ago and better then all the live action films. Maybe one day you will see them :). Thanks as always for calling it as you see it :)
Thanks for being kind! I am just not a huge fan of animation as it usually bores me so much I fall asleep. (with South Park, Disney and Dreamworks being the exception because 1: I grew up with South Park and Disney and 2: my now 21 year old daughter grew up with Disney and Dreamworks and both were ALWAYS on in my house) But maybe one day when time allows I may try again since I do work a full time job plus take care of my elderly parents and my daughter has special needs, so we are doing the best with what little time I have to film what we can, and that's usually a weekend job LOL.
Hugh Jackman admitted that he works out shortly before filming his shirtless scenes, and he also goes up to 36 hours without water/fluids before those same scenes to look even more shredded.
Security Cameras in the '70s, '80s and '90s Mainly existed as a "Closed Circuit" system allowing one guard to watch many places. The problem was recording. This was prior to VHS and when those came out in the '80s the tapes could record twelve hours and then you had to either swap the tape or set it to rewind and start recording again. Those got swapped out for recording to a digital computer format in the late '90s.
No disrespect, but that actually surprises me. I was looking forward to the Rouge Cut, but I think it's so much worse. To me, it destroys the continuity.
Not in my opinion. Its bloated af. There are far too many subplots that never go anywhere. Why did we need to spend 10 minutes watching Mystique make out with Beast?? They ruined two perfectly good scenes by smashing then together
Tara, you can see the mutants from the beginning of this movie in the tv show, the Gifted , that was on fox in 2014? Blink the girl with the portals and the elf ears was going to be in the new junior team, Generation X , but in the issue before their comic book debuted, an alien robot virus hit the earth known as the Phalanx, and it was going to consume humanity, but Blink saved everyone by putting all the Phalanx on a tanker ship and putting them into a portal to knowhere and she was on the ship with them, so we never saw her again, that was sad. the team she was going to be on Generation X, i really liked their first 3 or 4 issues, if you ever get tor read them, they made a movie in 1995, Generation X, on fox, but they didn't have all the characters from the comic book
IMHO, X-Men Days of Future Past is the most perfectly crafted superhero movie ever made. The visual storytelling is so good, its as if James Cameron himself directed the film and put Bryan Singers name on it

Tara, i never read the comic book of this story it might have gone like this , Bishop who lives in the future, goes back in time to stop someone from killing prof x, and Cable also comes back in time to stop Bishop? i dont' know but Cable is also going back in time to find the Xmen villain, APocalypse, who has taken over the world in the future and he knows that he is thousands of years old, so he is constantly going back further and further in time to find out where he came from to stop him. and also a villain from the future, Fitzroy and his robot Nimrod come back in time to kill Prof X. ironically they fail and Prof X's son goes CraZy banana pants and goes back in time and kills his father before he can form the Xmen, his son's name is Legion and FX made a tv show about him going crazy banana pants meatballs, and then Apocalypse takes over the world because the Xmen aren't around to stop him, and for a year in the 90s, all comic books took place in an alternate world where Apocalypse took over, it was called the AGE OF APOCALYPSE
Days of Future Past has nothing to do with what you described. In the comic, Kitty goes back in time instead of Logan. There rest of the premise of this movie is fairly accurate.
I’ve seen Deadpool and Wolverine 4x’s (Twice theater, twice phone) and I’m confused on why this was a necessity for Deadpool 3. I don’t think Apocalypse is either. Go catch it in the theater if possible.
Because there are nods to all the Fox movies in Deadpool and Wolverine. And going forward, we may see more of these characters in Avengers: Secret Wars.
@@havok6280 I still don’t recall anything from this or the next that is necessary. I’m not saying to not watch them, just that it’s not a requirement for DP3.
Tara, Erik said that Banshee and Emma died , but they didn't die, they took over the school after Charles in the movie, Generation X (1995) Emma Frost was the White Queen, in the movie, First class, she was the psychic on the bad guys side in tight white corsetts
Release order is always preferable for a first time watcher. Besides, Apocalypse starts in ancient Egypt. Chronologically shouldn't you watch that one before all the others? That makes no sense.
The fact you (well, editor) immediately apologized for deadnaming Elliot, and apologized again during editing makes y'all an immediate win in my book
"I don't know karate, but I know crazy" James Brown - The Payback
X-Men '97 will blow your mind, especially if you have seen the original animated series. It IS THAT GOOD.
A lot of the problems in this movie could have been avoided if Mystique would've just kept the shape she was in.
With that hair and that mustache, dressed in that suit. Peter Dinklage's character looks like EVERYONE'S dad in 1975..
Probably My favorite X Men movie 👌😎👍
And Of couse J Law Jennifer Lawrence Continues As Mystique -
Enough said 😆👊😎✊🍁
Hey Hey there Tara. Glad you enjoyed this one. I got a huge kick out of this one. Hope you have a good evening.

There is a Rogue cut of this movie. I hope you enjoyed this movie. I really like it

The Pee-Wee Vampire reference from Buffy is classic. 🤣👍🏾

Tyrion Tyrone 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I think the channel was better when it wasn’t driven by the internet. Just do you and what you want when you’re in the mood for it.
Trust me... I definitely do what I want... LOL And the main focus is wanting very much to get to Deadpool 3 🤣
The Rouge Cut is far better than the theatrical version. Apocalypse is my favorite of all the X-Men related movies

The X-Men movies on their own are good to great, but they don't really have a cohesive narrative between the batches and tend to retcon on a whim.
Exactly like the comics the movies are based on...
