We were so surprised! We were just casually talking to one of the workers in front of the gate who scan your tickets when an older man (he was the person in charge of both parks) called her over to him. We were worried that maybe she got into trouble for talking to us! haha She comes back over and asks us if we would like to open the park as our family has been chosen! We were like YES!! So we went through a smaller gate off to the side. We had a photographer taking a lot of photos of us and the older man running through what we need to do. It will be all in the next video of Universal Studios anyway, but the kids did a great job with the roles they played 😍 The crowed cheered Shannon on as well as he was talking into the microphone 😁

Amazing!!! 🎉 Some of our fams recently visited the Harry Potter World in Japan Universal Studios, I didnt get to see much of their trip but did see the Wand experience, that was AMAZING. Anyway... back to you and your adventure, looks so good. Thanks for sharing. Would love to experience this myself, looks so legit.
I’m soooo letting the girls watch this a second time after I watch this! HUGE Harry Potter fans over here! Like THE BeST family movies. That lil Jamaican talking head is DOPe🤣🤣🤣 Ahhh to walk around there and see all the 🪄 first hand😍😍😍 did they have any workshops like create your own… Dementors you could fight??? Spells you could learn? What about pet owls u could buy😍😍😍 “Diagonally” Ha, Diagon Ally! That’s how Harry Potter said it and flew in sideways🤣 Was it day time when u went?! How did they keep it so dark?! Dang! U should have had Shannon and Mark, say hi Nya, hi Cali in the middle of the streets, they would have gotten such a kick out of that while watching 😅❤ fireworks were a nice touch at the end! They set them off there every night?! Ooooo I like what’s coming up next! Can’t wait to see you guys in front of the camera ❤️😍🥰 so special!!!
I was thinking of the girls as I was editing this lol. This was our 1st night there (which was NYE) and the lighting was basically what came from the buildings, hence it being so dark. It added to the magic in my opinion. Dam that would have been cool if I’d thought of that - the boys saying hi to the girls while there…! All those shops you can walk into and buy something, yes. There were loads of people waving there wands around and activating certain things that would move/talk. They were special types of wands but we didn’t buy any. Things were expensive in the shops plus we couldn’t bring home big items on the plane back to Australia anyway. We already had the light sabers to bring back! Lol There will be more videos of Harry Potter world during the day time later 😍
