  • First Time Travel to Haiti, I visited Cap-Haïtien to learn more about Haitian culture and its tourism industry.
Cap-Haïtien or Haitian Cape typically spelled Cape Haitien is a city on the northern coast of Haiti and is known as a major tourist destination for the local and Haitian diaspora

I’m African American and i have a soft spot in my heart for Haiti!🥺❤️🇭🇹 For me Haiti and Ethiopia both symbolizes black liberation, sovereignty, and freedom. Haiti the first to free themselves from slavery, and Ethiopia the only African country that was never colonized. Much much much love to my Haitian brothers and sisters! Sa Kap Fet!❤️💙🇭🇹🙏🏾

*We love African Americans I know that some African Americans may hate us because of lack of knowledge of our history and Scenario types of Hollywood demonize haiti voodoo culture. And seeing how poor we are. But at the end we’re all brothers and sisters our ancestors fought so hard during times of colonization they just want us to get along and be strong that’s what other races hate seeing.
*We’re stronger if we reunite together*

Big love to the people of Haiti, every one of us small people in the world owes a huge debt of gratitude to the Haitian people for being the first people and nation to declare all people are equal , most of the rest of the world does not realise this .Nor do they realise the western powers have punished this country and its people for over 200 years for this . Haiti is not cursed it is being constantly bullied .

It would be nice to organize a black brothers travel group, however with one stipulation of making a mandatory donation of $300 which you or the group could use to buy goods or help people on the ground. $300 X 20 brothers thats $6000 to a very good cause and we get a appreciation and get to know 🇭🇹. Like everywhere else, be vigilant wherever you go and know your surroundings. Sure, it is not the USA but it is also a beautiful place like my land Jamaica (had to put that in there, didn't I?), On a serious note, the people there are NOT starving. Food is galore. Be uplifted ye might race because survival is an inspiration. i do not speak the language even though my best friends are Haitian (Mi head hard) but in my heart, the place is my adopted homeland.

If their own citizens dont work together, it doesn't matter how much money and help is sent there. Look what happened to Rwanda, such a beautiful, well organized, and clean country now after such tragedies they went through. So this could be obtained with good leadership, no corruption, and togetherness. I pray this happens for them. I want to visit one day. 🙏🏽❤️

I'm glad you made it safely to 🇭🇹. Exiting the airport is no joke. I've experienced that at Toussaint Louverture International Airport over 10 years ago. The hustlers don't stop. It's a sad situation but people have mouths to feed. Can't wait to see more videos through your lens. Take care & be safe.

I’m so happy and proud for you bro. To be Haitian American and at your age for you to be visiting for the first time this is going to be your BEST content yet. It’s going to be fun seeing the country through your eyes and perspective. I’m 29 and have been to Haiti 4 times in total the last time being in summer of 2011...my family is from cap Haitien that airport wasn’t even built yet when I was there. I know your going to help a lot of people and do/film great things just be careful of your surroundings and opportunists. Respect from Brooklyn 👊🏾
