Quadrature pulses we can take from A & B channel only. It's 4 edges of 2 channel pulse at a point. No need of A- & B- channel.

A- and B- Output are transmitted for noise canceling during signal transmission through cables.

Why we can't calibrate encoder counter in startup of next pass? It will be easy to take direct total pulses in use.

Sir agar mujhe ek particular input aane par length calculate karke shear cut karna hai aur cut hone ke baad mujhe encoder ke counts ki kuch zaroorat nahi hogi to usko reset kaise kiya jaye? Maan lijiye humne HMD se shear ka length daala hua hai then jaise hi HMD sense hota hai then pulse count hone lagte hain,then cut hone ke baad phir reset karna hai.Isko thoda explain kariye sir
