Great reviews, Juan. I need to read more Daphne Du Maurier. I enjoy characters that I despise too. Yes, they need to be believable and convincing. 💯 Apple of My Eye going on my TBR ASAP! Love books about NYC and this is a new author for me. 😊💙

"The bottom If the Lake tasted Like mud, salt and regret. The Walter was dense and keeping my eyes open was excrutiating. But I am thankful to the Gods that I did. Cause I never would have spotted the dragon. ... He came closer until his round red Eyes we're so close to mine that I could See myself in Thema. He watched me drown. Help, I begged. My breath escaping. I only had a fraction of a Seconds before my world would scrumble and my Life be gone. The dragon was observing me and raised His feathered eyebrow. For a brief moment, I dared hoping that He would Help me. But then he Slang His tail around my neck and squeezed the last Bit of Air out of me. Everything around me turned pitch dark." I do understand your obsession with dragons 😹

Yeah… people really goes nuts for Sanderson but I grate against his craft in every respect. Very workmanlike and bland.
    Great wrap up, as usual.
