deft is just so wholesome man, his just happy to be there sitting and enjoying the show. i guess people were right to say his like an alpaca he resembles their behavior extremely well

Lehends especially is always like this, you know the content is gonna be fun if he's there. And him and peanut are comfortable with eachother so that just made it so much better and fun

same i remember turning off the stream as soon as drx pretty much aced t1 at the elder fight LOL i have never felt more emotionally numb
yes after seeing the replay it was just... "oh no not this again" PTSD type of thing. Props to DRX though, they played well I'll admit that. But of course, it still hurts when you see the team you're rooting for lose.@@Jessica-md1xb

@@Jessica-md1xb here's to hoping we can celebrate this weekend! That finals is one of the few T1/SKT series I haven't seen at least 3-4 times, because I simply can't relive the heartbreak. The anxiety I've experienced leading up to this finals is PTSD from that moment lmao

also, i believe that along with Pray's arrow, these were also picked as the top 2 best Worlds plays ever based from LoL experts before and iirc, lolesports also held a poll with SKT wombo combo coming out on top based on fan votes... they're just undisputed

This is AMAZING for people that are starting to get into LoL esports, myself included cause this year's worlds is my first (watching it from start), i watched some finals before and clips but never the complete event. I will start watching LCK regular season and some others too when it starts again. So this video really help understand a lot of iconic plays from previous tournaments, and get to know some of the players too.
I like the split at the end and I totally get both sides, but I have to agree that the play where essentially everyone popped off (albeit Faker got most of the credit) is the best of all time, especially because they were in a near unwinnable position

Call me unsportsmanlike, but if I ever lost a World Finals and I was forced to sit next to a player that was a part of the team that beat me, THEN forced to rewatch said finals again I would just storm out of the room. I guess I'm not fit to be a pro-player😂

This is very nice. I thought there would be plays from every region beforehand, but this way there's at least no regional bias and the players are more likely to remember it/have personal information to add to it
Still would like to see something like this with plays from any region in the future though.
I personally find Deft being gaslit by Smeb about the Kennen play hilarious lol
Honestly, most of the best worlds plays are Korean teams because of Korean teams dominating 90% of the time. And the ones that aren't are LPL plays lol

i didnt even had back then pc. i use to play games on PSP or PS3 on unkle house. This is insane that i am 21 yo just like guma and he already won Worlds. just wow. He was Silver having 11 yo while i didnt even know what lol is. Now i play just like Faker used to - for fun on normals. i play rankeds only when friends invite me to play together. We are bronze 3 .. well i was cuz i want to grind alone but didnt make so well .. so im iron 3 rn ( 22.11.2023 )

What makes the faker shockwave one of the greatest play of all time is that they are 10k gold behind and is impossible for a reverse sweep but they just did it as a TEAM. But would be best if they include here the best outplay of all time, the infamous ZedvZed match

Would be great if LCK again do this for this year to open up worlds but with midlaners from 4 seeds. Just want to hear what Faker can say of all these great plays over the years

Really low chances for another play like SKT combo to ever happen again in league, everyone from EDG had flashes up, 10k gold advantage, this is the definition of a pixel perfect played fight, Rakan flash R, Jarvan combo into R, Orianna Shockwave, Cho Gath silence who was huge to keep them there without being able to use flash, simply PERFECT.
Focus on Janna is important too. She wasn't able to cast anything.
